Auf der Homepage von
FUTURELAB steht "Wissen ist
die Grundlage für erprobte Abläufe [...] in Ihrem Unternehmen". An das musste ich denken, als ich gerade über diese Zeilen stolperte:
"Routines are to the organisation what skills are to the individual (Grant, 2002, p. 149). They embody the tacit and explicit knowledge that is necessary for the standardised performance of a task or group of tasks. [...] Routines embody the organisation’s learning to-date and they come to act as the organisation’s memory and as an important store of knowledge."
Zurecht wird aber auch gewarnt:
"... while routines act as a source of efficiency, they can also come to act as a source of inflexibility. Organisations that have demonstrated a capacity for organisational learning through the creation of efficient routines might also have difficulties with responding to new situations ..."
